Your role in action
Translates brand strategy, decisions, and updatesinto clear guidance, frameworks, and tools to enable internal teams and partners at scale.
Managesa high-performing teamof brand specialists, setting clear priorities, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.
Plans and overseesbrandcampaignand programimplementation, including creative direction, contentdevelopment, and channel mix (digital, events, social, PR, and partner marketing), ensuringtimelycompletion of all deliverables.Analyzes the brand impact of campaigns and initiatives, and shares insights with stakeholders.
Manages brand tracking research tomonitorbrand awareness,perception, and sentiment over time.
Helps evolve brand positioning and messaging in response to company strategy, market dynamics, and customer insights, using data and qualitative feedback to inform brand decisions and improvements.
Works with brand and product teams to determineappropriate brandingdecisions based on established brand strategy,brand architecture, and namingprocesses.
Owns andmaintainsbrand guidelines and asset libraries in our digital asset management systemin partnership with creative leadership. Ensuresscalable compliance andapplicationof our brand voice, visual identity, and story across all assets.
Manages relationships with creative agencies, vendors, and production partners, as needed.
Considers the role of AI in supporting the consistency, efficiency, and accuracy of brandelementseverywherethey’reapplied.
Your skills
5—10+years ofmarketingexperiencewith3+ years of brand management or strategy experiencewithin an advertisingor brandingagency, consulting firm, or client-side—preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
Prior people management experience, including coaching and performance development.
Experiencedevelopingandmanagingbrand positioning, architecture,voice, andidentity elementsand communicatingthese to internaland externalteams to drive consistencyand strengthen brand equity.
Experience creating and implementingmulti-channel campaigns and programswith a proventrack recordofresultsandmanaging budgets, timelines, and resources to deliverhigh-qualitywork efficiently.
Experience usingquantitative and qualitativecustomerresearch anddata-driveninsightstosupport brandingdecisions.
Clear, confident communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills.
Outstanding organizational and project management skillswith the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Candidates must be located in the Chicago area and able to work from the office two days per week.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$118,000 and $178,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
