Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Indirect Tax Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of global indirect tax compliance, including VAT/GST, sales and use tax, and other indirect taxes. This role will involve working closely with various departments within the organization to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or related field.
3 to 5 years’ related experience in tax and accounting.
Intermediate to Advance level of Excel.
Basic accounting knowledge of journal entries and financial statement structure.
Organizational skills with attention to details.
Good communications skills with internal and external customers.
Critical thinking and a high degree of enthusiasm with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and multi-task.
Strive to achieve effective performance within the team, working for the overall success of the company.
Preferred
Both public accounting and technology industry experience.
International Income tax and VAT knowledge is a plus.
Experience with automation tools and tax technology solutions.
Proficient with tax software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
120 000 and 180 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
