Provide expert guidance on local regulatory requirements and act as the primary liaison with Taiwan labor inspectors and regulatory bodies.
Support the APAC HSSEQ strategy by aligning local programs with global standards while ensuring local legal compliance takes precedence.
Perform regular site visits to audit compliance, deliver training, verify control effectiveness, and reinforce safety behaviors.
Analyze incident and near-miss data to identify trends, root causes, and systemic gaps; drive corrective actions using recognized methodologies (e.g., 5-Why).
Develop and track leading/lagging HSSE KPIs that reflect both regulatory adherence and cultural maturity.
Mentor account managers, facility leads, and frontline staff to build internal HSSE capability and ownership.
Represent JLL’s safety culture and compliance posture during client tenders, audits, and stakeholder engagements.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and response planning across all managed sites in Taiwan.
Travel as needed (approximately 40–60%) to support facilities nationwide.
Manage multiple priorities independently and deliver results through influence, collaboration, and technical authority.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory: Valid Class A Occupational Safety and Health Professional License issued by Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor. Must be eligible to serve as the organization’s designated license holder.
