As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you’ll be the linchpin for supporting smooth operations at our client’s site, with a strong focus on waste management and general facilities administration. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will manage day-to-day waste services while ensuring compliance and reporting standards are consistently met. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver facility solutions that embody our commitment to shaping a brighter way—for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees. Oversee waste management operations on-site to ensure efficient collection, recycling, and disposal in line with client requirements and local regulations.
Monitor and report on waste volumes, recycling rates, and related sustainability metrics to support client sustainability goals.
Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors on all issues related to waste management and facilities administration.
Coordinate and support general facilities requests, such as maintenance scheduling, work order tracking, and stock management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies during all facilities operations.
Assist with vendor management, including performance monitoring and service quality assurance for facility contracts.
Support regular inspections, audits, and documentation to maintain high workplace standards.
Foster a collaborative culture, working alongside JLL colleagues and partners, both locally and across the globe.
Continually look for opportunities to improve processes and adopt more innovative ways of working to enhance site operations.
Experience in facilities coordination, administration, or a similar support role within a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of waste management operations, sustainability, or environmental compliance.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and the willingness to learn new systems as required.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
Ability to work onsite and interface professionally with both clients and vendors.
Previous experience supervising waste management services or sustainability programs.
Familiarity with digital work order or facility management systems.
Understanding of relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Exposure to multinational or global workplace environments.
Relevant tertiary qualification in facilities management, environmental science, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative team.
Track record of suggesting or leading process improvements within a facilities management context.
