What this job involves
Lead and assist subordinates to provide office and facilities maintenance support to ensure daily operation run smoothly i.e. cleaning, pest control, inventory record, landscape, access permit, e, catering equipment and facilities maintenance etc.
Prepare report i.e. Monthly EMS report, ESG report, QRB report, Earth Hour report, EMS quarterly deck report, Half-yearly Evacuation drill report, PPM yearly plan.
Supporting the half-yearly fire evacuation drill such as coordinate and provide briefing session to the floor evacuation leaders, issue internal notice to building occupants, coordinate with Police station, fire service department, lands department, MTR and nearby building, arrange manpower and work plan for the drill and providing the report accordingly
Check all the Work orders in Corrigo (including all PM work and cleaning audit assessment) to be closed before the deadline.
On site stand by support with catering service management and emergency contingency work during typhoon and black rainstorm period.
Coordinate with vendors, raised PO request and arrange manpower for yearly event i.e. Christmas tree and flower decoration, CNY peach blossom and plants decoration etc.
Assist Facilities Manager and CS in implementing local and regional initiatives, i.e. Organic farm program, Clean desk policy, Toilet paper dispenser replacement for whole building etc.
Prepare cost proposal for daily R&M work, incident reporting, daily site walk with vendor and client.
Document collection for EMS, DART, and audit.
Assist any other adhoc work from Seniors and clients.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in client relationship management, business development, or related field
Proven track record of managing large, complex client relationships and achieving revenue growth targets
Demonstrated success in strategic account planning and execution
Strong understanding of commercial real estate services and market dynamics
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex service delivery
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
