We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Global Events (EMEA) to join our dynamic Global Events team. This pivotal role centers on managing a diverse portfolio of internal and client-facing events while serving as a key stakeholder liaison across the organization.
The ideal candidate will excel at fostering successful working relationships, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences that support business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Build and nurture productive relationships that anticipate stakeholder needs while delivering best-in-class service.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic event insights that drive measurable business impact and foster long-term partnership success.
Unite diverse teams around shared goals through exceptional interpersonal skills and collaboration.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations and strategic outcomes while navigating organizational dynamics with tact and diplomacy.
Manage a portfolio of internal and client-facing events, ensuring flawless execution that strengthens stakeholder relationships and advances strategic business objectives.
Contribute meaningfully to critical departmental initiatives by delivering solutions that create measurable value.
Execute marketing processes spanning financial management, technology, and procurement while maintaining collaborative relationships with all parties.
Engage stakeholders proactively throughout each planning stage, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared ownership of outcomes.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence, inform, and inspire stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Build credibility through consistent professionalism and integrity that drives organizational success.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in stakeholder relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport across diverse audiences
Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail in relationship and project management
Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and credibility
Proactive, adaptable approach with flexibility to thrive in changing stakeholder requirements
Commitment to delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences and measurable business results
Build credibility through consistent professionalism and integrity that drives organizational success.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Event Management or Event Marketing
Strong written and verbal English language skills
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with subject matter experts
Leadership and management experience preferred, if not directly managing people but oversaw programs and/or initiatives with several people/teams (situational leadership)
Ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies, create new processes, and implement
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize
Proficient with MS office suite and event technologies (CVENT)
