We are currently hiring a Supplier Services Representative to join our team and manage relationships with key data suppliers. This role combines supplier partnership management, data quality oversight, and operational coordination, with a strong focus on ensuring reliable, high‑quality data delivery.
This is a hybrid role based in Almaty.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day‑to‑day relationships with data suppliers and act as their primary point of contact
Understand supplier needs and propose appropriate, practical solutions
Ensure data submissions meet contractual quality and timeline standards
Monitor data quality, investigate issues, and support continuous improvement
Gather requirements, prepare custom reports, and respond to reporting requests
Recruit new data suppliers (e.g. pharmacists, doctors) to build or maintain supplier panels
Maintain accurate supplier records (profiles, contracts, contacts, compliance, compensation)
Manage supplier compensation, resolving payment issues and ensuring timely processing
Support negotiations and work with contracts, invoices, and related documentation
Visit suppliers when required and act as a subject‑matter lead in supplier topics
Key requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience in supplier management, account management, partnerships, market research, or a related role
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
Ability to identify complex issues and develop effective solutions
Fluency in Russian, good knowledge of English and Kazakh language highly desired
Skills & Experience
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure
Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership
Knowledge of pharmaceutical markets and supply chains, particularly in CIS countries
Established relationships with pharmacy chains and/or distributors in CIS markets
Experience negotiating partnership agreements
Hands‑on experience with accounting and legal documentation (contracts, invoices, acts)
