What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Business Relationship Support Data Governance. This will be a global support role, however, will have focused support for AMER region. Focus will be to manage organization's core data (like customer, product, supplier, etc.), ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems through creation, maintenance, quality checks, policy enforcement, and collaboration with business units. Key duties include data creation, modification, cleansing, implementing standards, and supporting system integrations wherever applicable.Key Responsibilities:
Data Creation & Maintenance: Create, update, and manage master records (e.g., materials, customers, vendors, etc.) in systems like SAP.
Data Governance: Develop, implement, and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures.
Data Quality: Perform audits, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity and reduce redundancy.
Collaboration: Work with IT, business teams, and Data stream to resolve issues and align data with business goals.
Reporting & Support: Generate reports and support data-driven processes.
Process Improvement: Optimize data workflows and support system integrations wherever applicable.
Build strong relationships with business partners and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Support Projects whenever required.
Audit support whenever required.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced Excel skills.
Other Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills.
Initially this role will be working in US time zone. However, will change based on business needs.
Required Experience:
4+ years of related experience.
Experience in SAP MDG Module.
Experience with reviewing tables within SAP.
Internal/External audit requests related to data processes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with database and reporting programs such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Required Education:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
