Responsibilities
Providesubject matter expertise for the design, build and optimization of rehabilitation and ancillary therapy workflows within an enterprise EHR implementation
Partner closely with therapy leadership, clinicians, informaticists, and technical teams to translate clinical and operational requirements into standardized, efficient system configurations that support patient care delivery
Lead workflow design and data collection sessions, validating system build, supporting unit and integrated testing, and resolving issues that impact documentation, scheduling, and care coordination
Provide go‑live and post‑go‑live support, coaching end users and reinforcing best practices to promote adoption and consistent use of therapy solutions
Monitor system performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving improvements that enhance clinical efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes
Requirements
Solution-specific expertise in Oracle Health Clinical Therapies including:
Workflow assessments
System Design & configuration
Testing and validation
Experience in EHR implementation
Proficiency in Cerner system configuration and ongoing support
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work directly with clinical and operational end users
Preferences
Undergraduate degree (BA, BS, or equivalent)
Prior experience supporting large-scale Cerner implementations or optimizations
