TheSr ManufacturingFinance Analyst- GBSwill join our teamin Mexico Cityaspart ofourGlobal Capability Center. This role willsupportand work directly with our local plant controllers who are based in our factories in North America. The key responsibilities rely onsupportingfinancialreports and analysis(includingclosing,budgetingandhelping to drive plant productivity). In addition, theSr Analystisinstrumental inunderstanding the financial performance of raw/pack material, labor, maintenance, yield, volumeandproviding financial recommendationscontinuous improvement mindset.This position reports to thePlant Controller – GBSandindirectly into theon-shoreplantcontroller.
The ideal candidatehasdeep technical knowledge oflarge data set management applied to finance environment with strong analytical mind-set and attention to details, associated with a collaborative approach.

Administratedaily, weekly and monthlyfinancialreportsincludingmainly raw/pack materials,labor,maintenance,yield, volume/absorptionanalysis;
Managedata pulls and analysis of data within Packaging, Raw, Labor and CycleCounting;
Perform various financial analysis/scenario studiesand provide financialrecommendations;
Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan, including product cost standards updates, bridging cost changes and preparing all applicable AOPschedules;
Provide oversight and maintenance to operational BOMs through needed updates, audits, and partnership with the DMO to ensure appropriate financial tieouts;
Help identify and quantify savings surfaced by Continuous Improvement and Production teams in support of KHMS and Championsprograms;

1.Education
Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Business Administration,Engineering, Data Scientist, Data Engineeringor a relatedfield;
2.Experience
3+yearsofrelevantexperience;
Proficient with software such as Excel(Power Pivot), Snowflake,PowerBiandabilityto work with heavy datasetto create, modify and ensure accuracy of complexspreadsheets;
Good knowledge ofERPsystems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)is considered aplus;

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention todetail;
Goodcommunication skills in English, both written andverbal;
