The Fleet Solutions Sales Manager drives competitive advantage with fleet customers to profitably grow revenue and market share, maximizes the value of the Goodyear brand, and builds strong, strategic relationships with national and local accounts to expand and protect share of business.
Work Location: 100% remote; must be based in California with local travel required at least 3 days per week .

What You Will Do
Drive sell-out performance within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
Grow and protect share of account by strengthening relationships with existing fleet customers.
Serve as a trusted partner to fleets, delivering end-to-end account management and support.
Collaborate with CTSC teams and servicing dealers to ensure seamless execution of fleet needs.
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to Goodyear Commercial PBU objectives, profitably expanding national and local accounts while reducing churn.
Lead solutions-based, consultative selling using data-driven insights to deliver Goodyear’s Total Solution across OE, new tire, and retread offerings.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of sales experience.
Proven success managing strategic customer relationships and driving long‑term account growth.
Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities through proactive prospecting and innovative sales strategies.
Strong background in B2B sales with deep expertise in solutions‑based and consultative selling.
Solid business, financial, and negotiation acumen paired with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Customer‑focused leader who influences without authority and collaborates effectively across internal teams and external partners (CTSC, dealers, supply chain, finance).

$91,869.00 - $170,615.00However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
