Responsibilities
- Lead and support ASPICE process implementation and compliance across software development lifecycle
- Develop, review, and maintain ASPICE work products
- Perform software integration, unit testing, and code development
- Ensure alignment with ASPICE process areas (SYS, SWE, SUP, VAL) and achieve target maturity levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Systems, Algo, QA, Validation) to ensure process adherence and traceability
- Conduct internal assessments, gap analyses, and support external ASPICE audits.
- Guide the broader team and ensure process compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).
- Strong understanding of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) framework and process areas.
- Proven experience in Simulink software development
- Experience with software development lifecycle (V-model preferred)
- Familiarity with debugging tools, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in automotive domain (ADAS, ECU development, powertrain, etc.)
- Experience with requirements management and traceability tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired
- Background in tire, automotive, motorsport, or industrial manufacturing domains;
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization across multiple time zones and regions; able to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering and business teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific
- ASPICE assessor certification or experience supporting ASPICE audits
- Knowledge of functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262)
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR (Classic or Adaptive) architecture
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
