Why This Role Matters
The Global Clinics Lead is responsible for the operational management, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Global Clinics program, in close cooperation with EHSS, Workers’ Compensation, HR, and the wider business. The role is accountable for defining and operationalizing a global clinics governance model that ensures consistency, compliance, and alignment across regions while allowing for local regulatory and business requirements.
What You'll Do
Defines, implements, and maintains the global governance model for Global Clinics, including standards, roles and responsibilities, decision rights, escalation pathways, and performance oversight, in partnership with EHSS and key business stakeholders.
Oversees 22 global onsite clinics, setting and enforcing standards, ensuring regulatory and governance compliance, and driving risk assessment and process improvement initiatives in close collaboration with EHSS and key business partners.
Manages and coordinates the Global Clinics program, working closely with EHSS and the wider business to ensure alignment with occupational health, safety, workforce health, and workers’ compensation strategies.
Establishes global principles, policies, and operating standards for clinic models, ensuring consistency while accommodating local regulatory, cultural, and business requirements.
Partners with Workers’ Compensation teams to align clinic operations with early intervention, treatment coordination, and return to work strategies.
Oversees and manages clinic vendor performance, including service delivery, compliance with governance standards, data integrity, and contractual obligations.
Partners with EHSS to support injury prevention initiatives, health surveillance, and continuous improvement efforts informed by clinic, safety, and claims data.
What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance or a related science.
Technical expertise in workers compensation claim processing, cost drivers, settlement practices and transitional work programs
Solid understanding of financial analysis to review program costs and reserving practices
Experience with claim investigation and litigation
Working knowledge of government regulations associated with workers compensation
Excellent communication and time management skills
