Reporting Manager - Director Global Talent Management (based in US)
Working Hours - Considering the global nature of the role, some overlap with the ET time zone (US) example 7 am to 9 am ET, will be required three days a week.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Talent Management Partner to support the deployment of global talent initiatives and organizational effectiveness strategies across regions. In this role, you will partner with HR leaders and senior business stakeholders to strengthen leadership capability, drive talent development, and support enterprise-wide talent management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of global talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, employee engagement, and development planning.
Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to drive adoption of talent frameworks, tools, and best practices across regions.
Collaborate on talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives including leadership development, organization design, team effectiveness, and change management interventions.
Support the execution of enterprise talent programs, assessments, and strategic talent initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Analyze talent insights and contribute to measurement frameworks that evaluate the effectiveness and impact of talent initiatives.
Partner with Learning & Development teams, ERGs, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance leadership capability and employee experience.
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR teams by providing guidance, consultation, and support on talent-related programs and processes.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, or related HR disciplines.
Experience working within complex global organizations and partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders.
Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
