The Lead Financial Analyst is responsible for monthly forecasting and annual planning for North America Transportation and Warehousing (T&W) and Supply Chain (SC), as well as financial consolidation across the Americas T&W/SC businesses. This role identifies and communicates variances to plan and estimate, develops and distributes monthly financial performance reports, analyzes costs, and supports forecasting through standardized and ad‑hoc reporting. The position partners closely with Regional and Global Finance and Accounting teams, as well as Americas Businesses and Operations teams, with a focus on T&W and SC.
What you'll do
Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning processes, including data collection, system submissions, and variance communication
Enhance reporting and information processes to deliver clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting
Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support business and finance partners
Partner with Accounting to ensure financial results are accurately reflected
Support internal and external reporting requirements and competitor analysis

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5 or more years of experience in Accounting and Auditing (preferably in a large, Public Accounting Firm or Large Manufacturing Organization)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to understand complex data and issues with demonstrated ability to think outside the box
Experience with interpretation and application of current U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Standards
Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Cost Center Management, Operations Finance type of work.
Able to analyze and grasp a situation quickly from different perspectives and create well-reasoned solutions.
People management skills (including excellent written and oral communication) (desired).
Proven ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently (with minimal direction).
Demonstrates ethical and moral behavior (unquestionable integrity and character).
Ability to support operational decisions (with logical evidence and data supported analysis) and persuasively present position.
Working knowledge of SAP or Hyperion (desired).
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA (desired).
