What You'll Do:
The Specialist is responsible for executing end‑to‑end order processing activities within the Customer Service function. This role ensures that customer orders are created, validated, fulfilled, and delivered in accordance with company standards, service-level requirements, and operational procedures. The position requires strong coordination across multiple departments to secure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
1.You will be responsible to order processing:create, confirm and maintain customer orders in system, ensuring accuracy of product information, pricing, delivery terms, and customer requirements.
2.You will need to do Cross‑Functional Coordination:collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to confirm product availability, production schedules and shipment readiness.
3.You will need to take responsibilities in Shipment & Delivery Monitoring:track shipment activities, monitor logistics progress to ensure timely dispatch of goods in alignment with customer expectations and internal timelines.
4.You will be responsible for issue Resolution: identify and resolve order‑related problems, including quantity mismatches, delivery delays, system errors, or customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
5.You are responsible for data analysis:demonstrates outstanding data visualization and analytical capabilities for delivering high‑quality, data‑driven results,making good use of digitial reports to help team improve productivity and effciency.
6.You are responsible for Documentation & Compliance: maintain accurate records of order transactions, shipment documents, and communication logs. Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational guidelines, and compliance requirements.
7.You are responsible for Continuous Improvement: Support process optimization initiatives aimed at improving order accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
1. You with a bachelor's degree in related area.
2. You with experience in supple chain related: DP/ SP/ CS/ Logistics/ sales support would be a plus.
3. You are data driven and proactive when communicating with cross functions.
4. You with successful project improvements experience in which you take part in as an important role.
5. You with good skill in spoken English.
