Why This Role Matters
This role is essential to ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations by managing month-end activities, delivering accounting-driven analysis, supporting cash flow and timely payments and maintaining reliable financial and statutory reporting.
The position also involves supporting AP and VAT processes (including the e-invoicing portal), acting as a backup for cash operations and VAT activities, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements and enabling informed business decisions through accurate treasury and accounting data, reporting and financial insights.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate month-end close, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively
Prepare treasury and financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in line with Group standards
Support statutory reporting and ensure compliance with local regulations
Oversee and supporting Accounts Payable activities activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with banks and maintain effective banking relationships
Act as backup for cash operations and VAT processes (including preparation and submission of VAT returns in accordance with local regulations)
What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in English
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Knowledge of local GAAP, tax regulations (including VAT), and compliance requirements
Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with statutory reporting and local regulatory requirements
Familiarity with e-invoicing systems and AP processes
Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
