Job Summary
The Trade‑In Commercial Manager is responsible for driving the commercial performance of Trade‑In and Device Buyback programs. This role works closely with clients and internal teams to maximize revenue, margin, and customer value across B2B asset disposition channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive growth and profitability of Trade‑In and Buyback programs
• Manage and expand B2B buyers and sales channels
• Analyze performance and optimize P&L through data‑driven decisions
• Support new program setup, pricing strategies, and contract renewals
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain
• Ensure best‑in‑class customer experience and competitive trade‑in offers
• Identify operational efficiencies and cost‑reduction opportunities
Qualifications
• More than 5 years as a leader in a commercial/operations in Mobile industry desirable in a device lifecycle and circular economy
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in trade‑in, buyback, consumer electronics, or related commercial roles
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Knowledge of mobile ecosystem, B2B sales channels, and reverse logistics
• English proficiency
• Ability to manage large volumes of data, data driven
