As anEVTechnician B, you will perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage repairs across electric and autonomous vehicle platforms. This role builds upon foundational EVexpertiseand provides a clear pathway for advancement to Master Technician (Technician A).
WhatYou’llDo:
Advanced Mechanical & Vehicle Systems
Diagnoses, service, andrepairHVAC systems, includingcomponentreplacement and system performance verification.
Perform axle, suspension, and steeringcomponentrepair and replacementin accordance withOEM specifications.
Electrical, High Voltage & Safety Systems
Demonstrate competent electrical aptitude while diagnosing and repairing low-voltage and high-voltage systems.
Execute high-voltage safety lockout/tagout procedures, including LV/HV isolation, in compliance with safety standards.
Replace onboard chargers, charge ports, and associated high-voltage components asrequired.
Diagnostics, Software & Firmware
Perform firmware updates andvalidateproper system functionality post-update.
Troubleshoot moderate software and firmware issues affecting vehicle performance or system integration.
Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms to interpret fault data anddetermineroot cause effectively.
Calibrations & System Integration
Perform any and all required system calibrations following repairs or component replacements.
Support ADAS-related calibration processes in alignment with OEM procedures and safety standards.
Verify post-repair vehicle readiness through functional testing and validation.
Thermal & Cooling Systems
Perform coolant evacuation and refill procedures for EV thermal management systems.

WhatWe’reLooking For:
Valid Driver’s License
ASE certifications (3+ of A1–A8) are preferred; flex considered for candidates withrelevantautomotive service experience, including at least 2 years of Hybrid or EV OEM experience.
ASExEVLevel 1 and Level 2 certifications arerequired. Proof of certification must beloaded into the Company’s systemno later than three (3)businessdays following date of hire.
Demonstrated experience with high-voltage diagnostics, module replacement, and advanced system troubleshooting.
Strong working knowledge of EV safety protocols, software-driven diagnostics, and calibration processes.
Ability to work independently whilemaintaininghigh standardsforsafety, quality, and documentation.
Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds, continuously stand, bend, reach, walk,sitand kneelfrequently, enter,exitand drive vehicles
Work may occur indoors and outdoors depending on fleet needs
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
