Salary:$140,000- $155,000per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will bedeterminedindividually, based ona number ofjob-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our Advisor Engagement team. The VP, Advisor Engagement will drive strategy and execution within the field of financial professionals they serve, aiming to drive retention, engagement, growth, and overall satisfaction. This role builds strong partnerships with financial professionals, translates business opportunities into actionable goals, and drives deep engagement between Osaic resource teams and the field. This role will report directly to the SVP of Advisor Engagement for Enterprises.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant practical experience considered in lieu of degree. High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
