The Monitoring & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that data is effectively used to drive decision-making throughout the organization and compliance with licensing and head start requirements. The position serves as the administrative and operational leader of quality and works to build a culture of excellence and accountability. The incumbent provides accurate and timely data that will be used by leadership to drive program quality and is responsible for staying current on changes to licensing and the Office of Head Start.

What You’ll Do:
- Supports the oversight of all the Centers to ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, state licensing regulations, Acelero Learning Integrative Service Plan, Policies, and Procedures.
-Oversees the management and implementation of the Head Start program data system application for tracking, reporting, analyze, and synthesize compliance data in conjunction with other departments.
- Develops and implements compliance-based programs.
- Resolves compliance concerns in a timely manner and establishes a culture of excellence.
- Reports non-compliance issues to the Director in a timely manner.
- Oversees monthly Health and Safety monitoring to ensure timely communication regarding outstanding health and safety concerns.
- Analyzes and mitigates risk to the Program (attendance issues, low enrollment, licensing issues) by proactively monitoring, developing an action plan and coordinating with Center Directors and Family Services to execute the plan.
- Receives and acts upon accidents and incidents.
- Supports compliance audits and reviews.
- Communicates written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
- Provides training to employees on the company’s compliance program and requirements.
- Prepares compliance reports for management.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Associate’s Degree Required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in compliance. Early Head Start/Head Start experience is a plus.
3. Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.
4. Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.
5. Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
How Much: This position pays $70,000 annually.
