Project Expedition, a rapidly growing travel company, is seeking a Team Leader for our Content Development Team. As part of our Supplier Partnerships Department, this role is focused on leading supplier onboarding and content quality, ensuring new tour operators are set up for success on our platform from day one. The right candidate will lead by example, while onboarding new suppliers, managing early-stage relationships, and ensuring high-quality content and seamless integrations. You’ll play a key role in scaling our supply inventory and improving how we bring new experiences onto the platform. This is a hybrid role where you’ll lead a small team while also staying hands-on as an individual contributor.
Lead and mentor a team focused on onboarding new suppliers
Own the onboarding process from initial engagement through activation
Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers during onboarding
Partner with technical teams to support integrations and resolve issues
Ensure all supplier content meets quality standards and is optimized for conversion
Improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and playbooks
Track and drive performance against onboarding KPIs (time to launch, activation, quality)
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes
Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to share insights and improve the platform
Analyze supplier and onboarding data to drive better outcomes
Support early-stage supplier success through guidance and best practices
Leverage AI to optimize and automate repetitive tasks and processes
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Strong organizational and project management skills
Clear and effective communicator
Comfortable working cross-functionally, including with technical teams
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience working with external partners or vendors
Marketplace, onboarding, or travel industry experience is a plus
