In this role, you can gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, all while making a difference in the lives of patients every day.
Acaregiver in this position workseveningsfrom12:30PM – 9:00PMor 3:00PM – 9:00PM. Availability to work Monday-Friday and rotating weekends and holidays isrequired.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Perform a variety of duties to ensure proper distribution of prepared foods to patients, cafeteriaguestsand catered events.
Accurately set up and deliver patient trays and nourishments.
Distributecorrectportions of food and beverage items.
Demonstrate working knowledge of specific therapeutic diets.
Follow department standards and procedures.
Utilize and rotate food products, appropriately store leftovers and label and date food items.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
HighSchoolDiploma or GED
Six months of experience in food service
Experience working on a team
Hospitality experience
