The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Production Engineering is seeking a Senior or Lead Level Business Process Analyst to join the Business Integration team. In this role, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional process improvement and automation efforts that improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance across Production Engineering.
This position is focused on leveraging process analysis, automation, AI/ML-enabled solutions, and data-driven methods to streamline work, reduce manual effort, and improve end-to-end business processes. You will partner with Production Engineering leadership and other stakeholders to discover, document, and redesign processes, drive implementation, and support sustainable adoption.
In addition, this role supports Production Engineering University by designing curriculum, course content, instructional materials, and job aids that help embed improved processes into day-to-day operations and onboarding.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior or Lead Level.
