POSITION SUMMARY:
Maintenance B position requires a broad skillset to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs light maintenance on equipment.
Reads, understands, and uses electrical and pneumatic schematics.
Facilitates repairs and maintenance using hand and power tools to
Assists with janitorial duties.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Sound knowledge of 480V 3 PH Electrical Circuits
Ability to read, understand and use electrical and mechanical schematics
Basic understanding of PLC operation
Able to troubleshoot and repair 120V and 480V 3-PH Electrical Systems, simple and complex pneumatic systems
Able to repair and maintain building systems
Must be willing to be on call
