Own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market accounts in Germany (SMB: €12k ACV, MM: €25 - 40k ACV, typically 100–2,000 FTE) from cold outreach to signed contract. You source your own pipeline, you close it.
Run cold outbound as a core motion call, qualify, and convert construction companies that have never heard of comstruct. You'll be rewarded for hunting, not waiting.
Close POC contracts and grow a book of business win the trial, expand the account, build long-term relationships with operations and C-level stakeholders at construction companies
Represent comstruct at industry events trade shows, fairs, and local meetups are part of your territory strategy
Work cross-functionally with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to feed pipeline, close faster, and bring customer feedback into the product roadmap
Must-have:
1+ year of experience as an Account Executive: you've run deals end-to-end, not just set meetings
Proven cold caller: you've built pipeline from scratch through outbound, and you're comfortable picking up the phone
Own deal closes at ≥ 15–20k ACV ideally in traditional industries (manufacturing, logistics, construction, trade)
B2B SaaS experience with complex, consultative sales not purely transactional
Startup experience: you've worked in a team of < 30 people and built things without a manual
Native German speaker with very good English (C1+)
