The Pharmacy Technician – Inpatient, PRN supports pharmacy operations at Hillcrest Hospital and Mentor campus, serving a large inpatient population across a wide range of specialty and critical care service lines. This role includes cross-training across multiple pharmacy functions such as medication preparation and delivery, carousel retrieval, IV room support, sterile compounding preparation, inventory management, and medication calculations, including neonatal dosing. Working in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment, technicians play a vital role in ensuring medications are delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently to support patient care.
This is a PRN role. A caregiver in this position will work as needed from 7:00am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm to 11:30pm. Minimum 4-6 shifts per month with every other week availability required. 2 on-call expectations per year with rotating weekend support.
