Overview
The SeniorManager, NetworkAdvisoryis responsible fornetwork advisory, with a primary focus on network bulletins, network compliance, and policy interpretation. This role ensures the organizationremainscompliant with card network rules and proactively manages network-driven changes thatimpactproducts, operations, and partners.
EssentialResponsibilities
Leadstrategic oversight for network bulletins, rule changes, and compliance initiatives.
Own the end-to-end process for reviewing, interpreting, and communicating card network bulletins and mandates acrossEurope.
Establish andmaintaina consistent framework for network compliance, including governance, controls, and risk assessment.
Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to assess network requirements and drivetimelyimplementation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for network compliance matters, escalations, and interpretations.
Oversee impact assessments for new and changing network rules, ensuring clear guidance, documentation, and accountability.
Drive alignment between network requirements and internal policies, standards, and operating procedures.
Monitorcompliancemetrics, trends, and emerging risks, and report status to executive leadership.
Represent the organization in network discussions, forums, and audits as needed.

8+ years relevant experience and aBachelor’sdegree ORAnyequivalent combination of education and experience.
