Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategic Program Management, the Manager supports the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution. This role is responsible for leading complex workstreams or mid-to-large scale programs, driving measurable progress, mitigating risk, and enabling executive visibility through clear reporting and strong operational discipline. Additionally, this role will manage day-to-day collaboration, and frequent interfacing with senior leadership, including the CEO of the company.Job Description:

Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of complex programs or major workstreams within enterprise strategic initiatives.
Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and PMO stakeholders to define scope, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics.
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies; escalate and drive resolution as needed.
Support governance forums, including preparation of executive-ready updates, dashboards, and decision materials.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making.
Maintain program documentation, RAID logs, financial tracking, and reporting artifacts with high quality and rigor.
Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
Partner with change management and business leads to drive adoption and realization of program outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
5–7+ years of program/project management, consulting, or related experience.
Experience supporting delivery of cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Clear and effective communication skills, including experience preparing leadership-ready materials.
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Strong business acumen and ability to connect program milestones to broader strategic goals.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma) preferred.
