Demonstrated experience driving AI/ML or data-intensive product strategy end-to-end — from discovery through scaled deployment — in a cross-functional enterprise environment.
Proven ability to define and instrument product success metrics, run market research, and translate data into product decisions and executive communications.
Experience planning and facilitating operational review cadences and interfacing with senior technology and product leadership.
3+ years of hands-on experience designing or shipping agentic, LLM-powered, or multi-agent AI products in production.
Additional Responsibilities
Partners with stakeholders to align the AI use case pipeline with enterprise-wide AI transformation priorities.
Conducts collaborative working sessions with business unit stakeholders to surface, score, and prioritize AI use cases against a structured value and readiness framework.
Defines and tracks core AI Solutioning KPIs, including Solution Adoption Rate and Productivity ROI.
Monitors post-launch outcomes and iterates on solution designs based on performance data.
Maintains visibility into AI pipeline maturity and expected business impact, enabling stakeholders to make informed resource decisions.
Acts as a trusted partner to business unit leads, balancing innovation ambition with operational feasibility and regulatory compliance across payments, risk, and financial services contexts.
Expands profitability oversight to include cost-per-outcome modeling and ROI reporting for owned AI solutions.
Partners with AI architects and compliance leads to ensure holistic, human-centered AI solution design.
