DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
AnswerHRDepartment Hotline and forward to theappropriate teammember.
Assist Benefits Team by answering general questions via phone and email.
Assistwith incoming inquiries via email to the Workday inbox.
Responsible for all HR invoice processing andensurespayments are made ina timelyfashion.
Responsible for scanning all existing employee files project.
Assistwith completing Medical Support Notices.
Process unemployment claims. Escalate unemployment hearings to Regional HR Business Partner.
Process employment verifications.
Assist with benefit compliance items such as 401k Audit, NDT Testing, EEO reporting
Assistwith benefit audit reports
ConductformI-9 audits
Assistwith acquisitions projects
Responsible for sending new hire onboarding email to Managers.
Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
Manage DOT driver files and ensure compliance with DOT requirements.
Responsible for mail distribution and overnight packages.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Bachelor’s Degreepreferrednotrequired.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Over 1 year, up to and including 2years experiencein an administrative position. Experience in HumanResources relatedcapacity highly desired.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Intermediate to advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access.
Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
