Job Description
Live works with highly successful estate agency brands offering a white labelled conveyancing service providing these businesses with the control they need over their transactions and the customers with a service that they can truly rely on.
This is an energetic team, requiring highly motivated, organised individuals, who are driven by exceeding their targets and providing their customers with an exceptional customer experience.
This role challenges the stereotypical perception of working in sales, offering a market leading bonus scheme, with uncapped commission available meaning you are fully in control of your earnings.
- Outbound and inbound sales of legal services to customers on behalf of some of the country’s leading estate agents. Following an introduction of the service in branch, your role is to make contact with every customer referred, present the features and benefits of our service and secure the conveyancing instruction.
- Following an initial expression of interest in our conveyancing services through our online channels, outbound sales calls to direct customers, presenting the features and benefits of the service and securing the conveyancing instruction.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with our referring estate agency partners, creating a collaborative approach to achieving individual, LIVE and agency targets.
- Proactively manage your own workload with the assistance of our in-house call scheduler system, this will include scheduling your diary, prioritising customer contact based on service level agreements, monitoring call backs to meet customer expectations and providing clear and concise updates to our estate agency partners.
- Ensuring all records are up to date, providing sufficient information following all customer contact, allowing anyone within the business to review and understand the progress of the file.
- Ownership and accountability for individual key performance indicators, ongoing performance improvement objectives and overall sales performance.
- Maintain a full understanding of the services we offer and the benefits of using those services.
