Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with digital communications, digital channel management,SEO, AEO, GEO and SEM campaigns
Identify opportunities to improve visibility in featured snippets, AI summaries, knowledge panels, and conversational search outputs
Web and Application Development: Understand web structure and components to provide basic back-end development,AI‑readiness best practices,implement technical SEO recommendations, and optimize URL structures for enhanced performance and search engine visibility.
Quality Assurance:Understanding to conduct thorough quality reviews of iterated digital deliverables to ensure compliance with established brand guidelines, including SEO, AEO & GEOstandards, before campaign launches.
Experience with Digital Marketing Technologies: Demonstrated experience in working with digital marketing technologies such as Sitecore and Google Analytics
Proficiency with web tools and technologies (e.g., portals, DAMs, CMS).
Basicexperience with database management systems, including database design, querying and management.
What You Will Do:
SEO, AEO & GEOExecution & Optimization
Perform keyword research,intent analysis,expansion, and optimizationacross traditional and AI-driven search experiences.
Implement on-page SEO improvements including metadata, internal linking, and content optimizationand answer‑focused content enhancements to improve visibility in AI and generative search results.
Support technical SEO implementation and site health monitoringto improve search engine and AI crawler interpretation
Assist in link-building,authority development initiativesand trust signal development initiatives that support both SEO and generative search inclusion (GEO).
Paid Search Campaign Management
Execute and optimize paid search campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Manage campaign budgets and cost efficiency.
Support A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
Content Publishing & Digital Implementation
Author, load, and maintain content across CMS templates.
Ensure accurate formatting, SEO compliance,brand consistencyand AI‑readiness of content (clarity, structure, relevance).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy marketing assets.
Optimize URL structures and digital content performance to improve discoverability across search and AI‑powered experiences.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign and website performance using analytics tools.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console.
Identify performance gaps, optimization opportunities, and emerging trends related to SEO, AEO/GEO, and SEM.
Conduct competitor research and benchmarking across traditional SERPs and AI‑generated search results.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Conduct quality checks before campaign launches.
Ensure compliance with SEO, AEO/GEO best practicesand brand standards.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge management.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
