About you on this role
The Senior Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Improvement Specialist supports the ISC Improvement organization by documenting, executing, and sustaining defined work processes, systems, and standards that enable consistent, compliant, and high-quality operations across the Integrated Supply Chain. The role contributes to business growth, service reliability, and cost-to-serve productivity by identifying, executing, and sustaining improvement initiatives within a defined scope, which primarily span a single supply-chain sub-function such as Customer Service but may also extend across multiple sub-functions of the end-to-end value chain. Working closely with ISC improvement Leader, ISC Improvement Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior ISC Improvement Specialist is accountable for end-to-end execution of assigned initiatives within defined scope and established ISC Improvement governance , including problem framing, maintaining and updating process documentation, supporting users, coordinating and reinforcing trainings, and collaborating with teams across ISC Operations, Planning, Logistics, Capability, and IT to deliver prioritized solutions. A core expectation of the role is the identification, development, and use of meaningful metrics to enable data-backed storytelling, support fact-based decisions, and influence cross-functional prioritization of value delivery while ensuring adoption, compliance, and sustainability of implemented improvements. The role also includes ownership of troubleshooting and resolution for operational and process escalations assigned to the ISC Improvement function, requiring analysis of issues, coordination across teams, disciplined follow-through, and timely closure within defined standards. Consistent execution discipline, proactive identification of risks and dependencies, self-initiated identification of improvement opportunities, timely escalation where required, and a reliable operating rhythm are essential expectations. The Senior ISC Improvement Specialist is expected to apply experience and judgment to practical execution, demonstrate ownership by independently driving work forward without waiting for detailed instructions, operate independently under standard conditions while adhering to established standards, escalation paths, and governance routines and develop effective plans to achieve agreed goals. Managing change—by leading or actively participating in critical improvement initiatives—is a fundamental part of the role and directly supports ISC’s strategic pillars of being Disciplined, Agile & Resilient, and Shaping the Future through reliable execution and data-informed process stewardship. The role is well-suited for self-driven individuals who actively seek out problems to solve, take ownership for moving work forward, and balance autonomy with disciplined alignment to standards and governance.
Responsibilities

- Escalation Management & Resolution: Take ownership of assigned operational and process escalations, applying functional and technical expertise to resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Planning, Logistics, Capability, and IT, with disciplined follow-through to closure. Leverage escalation trend analysis and root-cause insights to drive structural process improvements and reduce future escalation demand.
- Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define, develop, and govern meaningful metrics to monitor process performance, identify gaps, and support data-backed decision-making, owning some metrics directly and driving collaboration for others to ensure accuracy, relevance, and actionability.
- Process Design & Standardization: Document, improve, and sustain supply-chain work processes, business rules, and controls across the aligned sub-function or end-to-end value-chain scope, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and alignment with ISC priorities.
- Training & Capability Enablement: Coordinate, reinforce, and support trainings, knowledge transfer, and user enablement to ensure standard ways of working, metrics interpretation, and improvements are understood, adopted, and consistently applied.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with peer improvement specialists and business stakeholders to align using influence, data and credibility rather than authority to move work forward on cross-business or leveraged initiatives, optimize resourcing and effort, and model a “One Team ISC” mindset in delivering improvements.
