We’re looking for a Home-Based Sales and Order Operations Support to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support partner brands by managing backend project coordination, handling customer interactions, and assisting sales executives in delivering exceptional promotional product solutions. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Sales Support
Maintain the margins workbook with current and accurate information, including tiered pricing, case packs, cases per pallet, minimum order quantity notes, recent pricing dates, SKUs, and related product details.
Prepare, update, and maintain product presentations with accurate product descriptions and features, while collaborating with the creative team on product imagery, colorways, and lifestyle visuals.
Maintain the inventory presentation with accurate net costs, product descriptions, images, features, and current available inventory.
Provide sales support for Enterprise house accounts and traveling sales representatives, including but not limited to presentation creation, client quote generation, submission of creative and sample requests, tracking of those requests, and preparation and maintenance of client production reports for open orders.
Order Operations Support
Provide inbound shipment updates and tracking information.
Monitor purchase orders in production and follow up as needed to ensure timely updates and resolution of issues.
Manage proof of delivery documentation and file records in the appropriate Dropbox folders.
Sales Systems & CRM Support
Maintain NetSuite CRM inputs and overall data hygiene, including but not limited to case pack and cases per pallet information, packaging dimensions, matrix PMS colors, new item setup and UPC creation, and product imagery for both concept and actual items.
Enter and track operational items in NetSuite or other designated CRM systems as required.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Sales, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
Language Proficiency:Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Excel (required): Intermediate to advanced; pricing and margin concepts; pivot tables required; comfortable with formulas, lookups, and data validation/cleanup.
Microsoft PowerPoint (required): Build and update client-ready presentations; maintain standard decks (e.g., inventory deck).
Detail & organization: Accurate PO/POD tracking and consistent file management.
Communication: Timely, clear status updates and professional follow-up.
Prioritization: Manage multiple inbound requests and deadlines.
CRM/ERP comfort: Data entry and hygiene (NetSuite).

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 50,000
