The Zebra was recently named one of Austin Business Journal's 2026 Best Place to Work. Our motto is "All Stripes Welcome.” Building the best product, the best teams, and the best company comes from inviting a diverse array of voices, backgrounds and perspectives to contribute, making everyone feel welcome. Our Zeebs are passionate about learning, growing, and working together to tackle exciting problems.
As The Zebra's Senior Director of Commercialization, you'll be responsible for passionately leading the account management team as they work directly with leading industry carriers while architecting and launching a brand-new Business Development function from the ground up. You will ensure all of our client's needs are met and our client revenue portfolio grows through both existing retention and new acquisition. You'll define and set success metrics for each team member to give them the direction they need to contribute to the company's overall goals. You have the ability to think quickly on your feet and have the creative capability to address challenging situations head-on. You have a motivating and energizing personality and work well with others across departments.
Our company headquarters are in Austin, TX, but our employees work remotely across the US. For folks who live around Austin, we offer the option to join us in our office or opt for hybrid setup. Whether you prefer the structure of an office, the convenience of remote work, or a mix of both, we support what works best for you!
