Summary:
The Sales Director is responsible for maintaining a high-quality sales team by overseeing training in all products and services, ensuring new team members are quickly integrated and productive, and monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of sales forecasts. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales personal.
