We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition – Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong team management capabilities, ability to work under tight timelines, and effective stakeholder management with senior business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to deliver hiring targets across functions.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for related domains.
- Ensure hiring within defined TAT while maintaining quality of hires.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (portals, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
- Bring in best practices and market insights to strengthen hiring processes.
