Internal Sales

A typical day will invole:

• Delivering excellent customer service and an in-store experience that keeps customers coming back
• Managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Helping maintain margins through effective supplier engagement
• Responding to customer enquiries and making follow-up calls
• Working closely with your branch team to deliver positive customer outcomes
