Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of massage and relaxation treatments in accordance with established standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a relaxing and professional spa experience from start to finish.
- Assess guest needs and recommend suitable massage or wellness programs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a peaceful atmosphere in all spa areas.
- Manage daily appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all spa products, supplies, and equipment are stocked and properly maintained.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the Health Club & Wellness team to promote spa offers and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
