We are looking for a motivated and talented Commis 1 Chef to join our culinary team, focusing on Breakfast and Room Service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of breakfast and room service dishes according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all mise en place is ready before service and maintain cleanliness in the workstation.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle food items and ingredients with care to minimize waste and maintain quality.
