Receptionist Position - Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center
Location: 2 Boulevard Mohamed Diouri, Casablanca, Morocco
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, friendly welcome to guests with the signature "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Deliver excellent customer service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries at the 24-hour front desk
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Ensure company and legal requirements are maintained
- Promote company values and behaviors at all times
- Work with hotel management systems (ideally Opera/Fidelio)
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in English required; proficiency in Arabic, French, and Spanish is highly valued (the hotel operates in all four languages)
- Previous experience in a similar front desk/reception role preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy team environment and take responsibility
