Financial Administration
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly filed.
Support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting and administrative functions.
Accounts & Reconciliation
Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Perform basic account reconciliations and verify financial data for accuracy.
Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
Reporting & Coordination
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.
Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary documentation related to financial matters.
Support month-end closing activities and financial audits when required.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure financial documents are maintained in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
Operational Support
Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and Finance team.
Assist in monitoring departmental budgets and expenditure when required.
