You will learn to:
- Support the daily operations across departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering.
- Work closely with the Management Team on operational and strategic topics.
- Analyze operational performance (guest satisfaction, productivity, service flow) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to projects focused on efficiency, quality improvement, and guest experience.
- Act as a link between operations and management, ensuring clear communication and execution.
- Take on Duty Management shifts, gaining responsibility on the floor and acting as a point of contact.
- Handle guest feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Support in planning, reporting, and optimizing operational processes.
- Learn how decisions are made on a management level and how they translate into the day-to-day operation.
This role offers the best of both worlds: you will be hands-on in operations, while also gaining exposure to the strategic side of running a large hotel.
