Responsible and capable in troubleshooting and repairing automation equipment (ARV, ARS and MMS) and ensuring this equipment are in good condition to support production capacity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for improving and sustaining the automation equipment capability and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE, MTBA and MTBF).
- Performing and line troubleshooting and supporting daily production operation in handling auto robotic storages and auto robotic vehicles.
- Analyze equipment failure root causes and propose corrective actions.
- Ability to identify root cause and provide corrective action through use of Effective problem solving tools.
- Perform regular inspections to identify equipment root cause.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance and calibration the equipment to optimal condition.
- Maintain equipment maintenance documentation and checklist.
- Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Support equipment setup and relocation.
- Assist SME and supervisor in continuous equipment improvement projects and automation projects.
- Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, motivation, and willingness to work proactively either independently or within the team.
- To meet MTBA, UPH and down time.
- To sustain and maintain 6S and PM activities.
- Quality issue investigation & CA monitoring.
- Ensure and manage all the automation components good condition to support production.
