As our KAM Miami, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key accounts across in Miami and the Latam Region, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share for assigned key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with decision-makers at all levels
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek new sales prospects
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
- Develop a deep understanding of key account needs and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on account performance, market trends, and competitive activities
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders
