- Trigger and do the first level triage
- Monitor the test plan and test report
- Generate comprehensive failure analysis reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
- Mentor junior technicians and share technical knowledge within the team
- Implement and maintain quality control processes in the laboratory environment
