The IT Manager contributes to the definition and implementation of the Information Systems master plan. They are responsible for building, structuring, and managing the studio’s IT team. They oversee the design, organization, monitoring, and deployment of the company’s IT and systems infrastructure, in alignment with head office strategy, ensuring performance, optimization, and operational continuity. They are also responsible for managing the organization’s IT solution needs (hardware and software).
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop the local IT team
- Support, maintain, and contribute to the improvement and security of the Paris studio’s infrastructure
- Oversee installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of all technical and IT equipment
- Manage relationships with external vendors
- Oversee procurement of infrastructure and required licenses
- Provide first-line diagnostics and respond to user requests to resolve hardware and software issues
- Lead and manage onboarding processes from an IT perspective to meet the needs of new employees and departments
- Maintain and update inventory of physical equipment and software licenses (on-prem and cloud-based)
- Participate in studio-wide restructuring initiatives, networking, and equipment relocation
- Monitor and stay up to date with technological developments
- Provide support to the parent company as needed
