OVERVIEW
As a Full-Time Stock Supervisor at our NYC Flatiron store, you’ll lead back-of-house operations that are vital to our premium customer experience. You’ll manage high-volume shipments, maintain stockroom organization, and ensure product accuracy and flow, enabling the store team to meet consumer demand with confidence and efficiency.
In this fast-paced, high-profile location, your leadership will ensure operational excellence while upholding Salomon’s brand standards during both routine and peak business periods.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Oversee Stock Operations: Manage daily receiving, processing, and organization of inventory to support uninterrupted sales floor productivity.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Own RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and ensure precise recordkeeping to reduce shrink and stock discrepancies.
Drive Stockroom Standards: Keep the stockroom clean, accessible, and organized—ensuring rapid turnaround and replenishment, especially during weekends and peak volume days.
Lead and Train Team Members: Provide training and day-to-day guidance to associates supporting shipment processing and inventory upkeep.
Support Floor Execution: Partner closely with store leadership and visual teams to enable timely stock flow and maintain merchandise presentation standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
Back-of-House Operations
Lead all shipment receiving and processing, managing an average of 90+ boxes per week.
Use cellar door access and back entrances when needed to avoid disruption on the sales floor.
Ensure shipment flow is organized, labeled, and completed on time to support daily business needs.
Manage RTV processes to minimize errors and maintain inventory integrity.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the stockroom at all times.
Team Leadership
Assign clear responsibilities during shipment days (e.g., sliding, retrieving, scanning).
Mentor associates on stockroom organization, shipment standards, and inventory practices.
Foster accountability, focus, and urgency within the back-of-house team.
Inventory & Store Support
Accurately input data into inventory systems; reconcile discrepancies swiftly.
Collaborate with the visual and sales floor teams to ensure timely restocks and product availability.
Monitor stock levels and communicate product gaps or overages proactively.
