As a wholly owned member of the Qantas Group, Network Aviation delivers high‑capacity charter and scheduled passenger services through a growing fleet of A320, A319 and F100 aircraft, with the E190 set to enter service soon.
From our base at Perth Airport, we specialise in resource sector support, regional and interstate passenger transport, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.
It’s in us to be our best. We see it as our responsibility to take ownership and drive outcomes, ensuring we make a contribution to taking the organisation forward.
The MIS Implementation Specialist – Technical Operations plays a critical role in supporting the accurate implementation, integrity and effective use of the Maintenance Information System (MIS) across Network Aviation.
This role supports Maintenance Operations and Maintenance Planning functions, including long‑term, intermediate and day‑of‑operations planning, defect management, maintenance deferrals and compliance oversight. You will ensure the MIS is embedded as a trusted source of fleet and maintenance data, supporting informed operational decision‑making and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with Maintenance Operations, Planning, Technical Records, IT, Engineering Support Systems, system vendors and external partners, you will contribute to MIS process and workflow definition, system integration, reporting, dashboards and data integrity activities, supporting a successful transition to business‑as‑usual operations.
You will also act as a key system super‑user/SME, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation across MIS‑enabled maintenance activities.
